New money for Newmerix

Newmerix, a provider of integrated lifecycle and compliance management solutions for the metadata architectures of enterprise applications, today announced its securing of $7 million in additional financing. Existing capital partners Mobius Venture Capital, Siemens Venture Capital and IDG Ventures Pacific participated in the round.

"Newmerix grew substantially in 2006—more than doubling new customers, expanding product offerings, and driving quarter over quarter and annual financial results," reported Newmerix president/CEO Dan Gannon happily.

Newmerix’ flagship solution, the Newmerix Automate! Suite, offers technology to track, migrate, test and control changes to the enterprise application’s proprietary metadata architecture. Automate! is a full suite of program management, functional testing, and change control software to manage the end-to-end application lifecycle activities for SAP and Oracle applications.
