Amdocs Climbs Five Places to Number 11 in List of World’s 100 Best Outsourcing Service Providers Across All Industries

In 2010, Amdocs signed new managed services agreements in the communications market to support nearly 200 million additional subscribers across North America, Europe and Asia

LOUIS (June 09, 2011) – Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) has listed Amdocs as number 11 in the 2011 Global Outsourcing 100®, IAOP’s annual ranking. The ranking is of the world’s 100 best outsourcing service providers across all industries.

IAOP also ranked Amdocs among the top ten providers that support the entertainment and media industry, in the top ten outsourcing service providers in Southeast Asia, and among the top 20 in the United States and Europe. Amdocs has been recognized by IAOP among the world’s 100 top outsourcing providers for the past five years, and has continually risen in ranking.
