Parature 5 CRM Suite Enhances Support Team Productivity

The latest release of the company’s flagship CRM suite includes a new group calendar and task manager, and an improved support site download manager. The new features and enhancements in Parature 5, which extend the product’s category-leading functionality, are designed to improve support team productivity and effectiveness.

Parature 5 features the new eActivity module, a group calendar and task manager that allows support teams to work together more efficiently and solve customer problems more effectively. Parature eActivity allows a company’s support team members to view personalized meetings, meeting invitations, and tasks, and allows managers to assign tasks to support staff and track task completion.

Within the Parature eService module, the core Web support portal, support site managers can now set expiration times for knowledge base items, ensuring that time-sensitive information can be communicated to customers and staff quickly, but reducing the risk of that information becoming stale on the support site. Other enhancements in Parature 5 include upgraded tracking, search and alert capabilities within the Parature eTicket module.

Parature 5 is available immediately on an annual subscription basis. As a hosted solution, Parature 5 eliminates the need for companies to install and maintain their own hardware for online support.
