ParaFest ’08 began April 2nd and will continue through April 4, 2008 at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. This innovative conference is uniting Parature users from across the world to gain valuable knowledge from industry experts and thought leaders, while networking with colleagues and peers.
Mr. Chung’s dynamic and energetic welcome address delivered an overview of Parature milestones, future strategy and what to expect from ParaFest ’08. He spoke of the opportunities to gain insight into service and support professional best practices & industry trends, how customers can leverage their investment in Parature products to streamline operations and improve business performance, and Parature’s vision for the year ahead.
