Parature to Showcase Professional and Enterprise Editions at HDI 2005

HDI 2005 to Take Place March 6 – 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada

The 16th Annual HDI Conference & Expo is the premier event for the service and support industry, which will be held at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 6 – 10, 2005. Parature, who was recently awarded SearchCRM’s Customer Service Product of the Year Award and Beagle Research’s CRM WizKids Award, will be presenting their Professional and Enterprise editions of their support solution (at booth #630). In addition, Parature’s client, Webroot, makers of Spy Sweeper and other privacy and protection solutions for Internet users, will be presenting a case study “Enhancing the Customer’s Experience to Improve Support Metrics” on Wednesday, March 9 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
