PrincetonOne purchased Soffront’s Marketing Automation and Survey modules in July of 2007. “We were looking for a marketing automation solution that would help us keep track of our customer’s buying habits and increase our communication with customers,” explained Megan Graham, director of marketing.

According to Graham, PrincetonOne considered numerous competing solutions, ultimately choosing Soffront. “We determined that Soffront would provide us with the best solution. Graham went on to explain that the Soffront query manager is a great resource in segmenting customer database. “This feature allows us to easily narrow down specific individuals for targeted marketing messages.”

The survey module has also been an effective marketing tool at PrincetonOne. “We can send out regular surveys to customers, clients, and candidates,” continued Graham. “Soffront provides us with a customized survey template that is branded appropriately and contains links to our website. Using this template, we are better able to ensure brand consistency in all of the surveys or messages we distribute.”
