RightNow Appoints Tom Shepherd as Vice President, Global Indirect Sales
Shepherd to Drive Global Indirect Sales Growth, Helping to Increase Adoption of RightNow CX, the Customer Experience Suite
BOZEMAN, Mont. (October 21, 2011) – RightNow® (NASDAQ:RNOW) has appointed Tom Shepherd as vice president, global indirect sales. Shepherd is responsible for driving the global strategy for indirect sales, strategic alliances and system integrators to expand RightNow’s channel and partner network and to drive continued adoption of RightNow CX, the customer experience suite.
Shepherd joins RightNow from Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management and outsourced call centers. At Convergys, Tom served as general manager of global technology sales and solutions for the Customer Interaction Technology Division. Prior to Convergys, Tom was the vice president of global partners and channels for Nuance Communications. He has also served as global vice president of channel and direct sales for leading manufacturing and technology companies, including Avaya and Cummins Engine Company.
