Value Team and Amdocs Compact Convergence Replace Systems at Leading Italian MVNO
Amdocs solution replaces real-time charging and service delivery systems to enable the MVNO’s continued growth
MILAN (November 11, 2010) – Value Team, a leading Italian IT consulting and services firm, and Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, announced that they have delivered the Amdocs Compact Convergence solution as part of a systems overhaul project to support the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) activities of one of Italy’s largest retailers.
Amdocs Compact Convergence provides the MVNO with a single, next generation solution for convergent, real-time charging, customer care, self-care and service delivery capabilities for prepaid, postpaid and new value-added services. Value Team was the prime systems integrator for the project.
