VimpelCom and Amdocs Complete Armenian Deployment of First Consolidated Wireline and Wireless Billing Platform in the Commonwealth of Independent States

VimpelCom continues to standardize on Amdocs’ products across subsidiaries outside of Russia; Amdocs also delivers multiple customer management products on the same platform

The Amdocs software replaced several legacy systems and provides ArmenTel with convergent support across wireless and wireline voice and data offerings to improve operational efficiencies, expedite the introduction of new services and attractive and complex tariffs, and drive profitability.

This will allow ArmenTel to dramatically improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs associated with customer service.
