Nuasis contact center solution chosen by Cellular South
Cellular South announced today that Nuasis had won the contract to replace the extant call center system with the IP-based Nuasis NuContact Center software. Nuasis’ solution has been touted as flexible, simplifying and offers rapid application development while eliminating CRM APIs and custom CTI links.
Following the Nuasis deployment, Cellular South exceeded one million calls monthly with the NuContact Center. Nuasis solutions are to be used in other functions of Cellular South contact centers, including customer service, billing, collection and sales.
NuContact Center’s IP-based, software-only infrastructure makes possible direct linkage to CRM databases. Nuasis reports claims a nearly 100% rate in customers leveraging extant CRM investment via integrating of their databases into NuContact Center. In a Business Wire press release, Cellular South customer contact operations director Jeff Richardson emphasized the desire to expand functionality and increase access to CRM database information while attaining more control over IVR capability.
