On Cloud Ten: Transcom purchases sixty percent

Luxembourg-based CRM product provider Transcom WorldWide SA announced their $1.5 million investment in Cloud 10 Corporation, giving Transcom a sixty percent stake in the firm. Key to the acquisition was the inroads Cloud 10 would provided: Based in America, Cloud 10 employs American-based agents.

“This partnership presents Transcom with the perfect opportunity to enter the highly established US market with extremely low risk and [with a] foundation which challenges the conventional onshore business model,” said TransCom WorldWide CEO Keith Russell.
