Planet PSG joins InterActs

Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. representatives have announced that technology solutions provider Planet PSG has joined InterActs, the Genesys partner community. Designed to help partners deliver integrated contact center and customer interaction solutions, the InterActs program will encourage distribution of Planet PSG contact center applications across the Asian Pacific region.
