Enterprise content management solutions provider RWD Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the infoMaestro enterprise content management solution, a product geared especially for the life sciences industry. Upon the product’s release, RWD’s Applied Technology Solutions division senior vice president Scott Paddock promises that “Leveraging our deep domain expertise, infoMaestro(TM) packages RWD’s best practices learned through numerous successful deployments exploiting our core capabilities, including six sigma process mapping and systems integration, as well as our mastery of XML authoring and dynamic publishing.”
infoMaestro is designed to assist companies in overcoming ineffective content authoring, management and distribution of information and features various specialized applications, including an integrated medical communications solution and Knowledge onDemand. Knowledge onDemand is an innovation pushed by RWD recently; it’s an extensive life sciences eLearning catalog, which includes hundreds of courses on therapeutic areas, disease states, GxP, basic science skills, regulatory issues, and compliance issues. The courses may be taken on demand in our hosted solution or on premise to support an existing infrastructure.
The infoMaestro Life Sciences Edition is offered as a solution to address the needs of discrete departments, e.g. medical communications and call centers, or for processes such as formulary submissions and clinical study reports.
