Playing Keno for 24 hours
Law firm help-desk services specialists Keno Kozie Associates, Ltd. have announced that expansion to and enhancement of its flagship Law Firm Help Desk service to include 24 x 7 end-user support. This appears to be a bit of a short-term gamble for the firm, as no increase will be seen in prices despite the addition of personnel and technology.
Keno Kozie Associates president Barry Keno said, "[Historically,] providing a knowledgeable, cost-effective and available resource for answering end-user questions is one of the most difficult and management-intensive services to provide for the firm’s end-users.” Keno Kozie took the decision not to jump rates because “this is an essential component to providing a first-class legal help desk which should not be viewed as an optional add-on."
Founded in 1988, Keno Kozie Associates provides help desk services, application training and IT integration for law firms. Among Keno Kozie partnerships are those with Microsoft, Interwoven (iManage), WorkShare, and Esquire Innovations.
