Putting the Q in InsynQ

InsynQ, Inc. (harmonious name there) closed out its business week with the announcement of the completion of QuickBooks integration for its CRM application, Always-ON CRM. The new product developed by RPS Technologies is called the “Q Connector” and now allows Always-ON CRM to scan QuickBooks and import new data.

The Q Connector promises to automatically update Always-ON CRM using interactive synchronization. Other features of the Q Connector includes a tool that maps sales reps to CRM prospects and accounts in order to assist in measuring sales’ productivity; and further automation to the sales process via the sending of closed and accepted sales quotes from Always-ON CRM to QuickBooks as sales invoices.

With completion of the product, InsynQ can now tout a combination of the Q Connector, Always-ON CRM, and QuickBooks; InsynQ can as a complete turnkey solution. Founded in 1997, InsynQ is an outsourced software application hosting and managed IT services firm. InsynQ promises to allow subscribers to “freely access data with full virus protection and automatic back up from any computer, anywhere in the world.” InsynQ’s software divisions are Appgen Business Software and QwikQuote Software.
