Real Time CRM awards from ISM Inc.
Bethesda, Md.-based software testers ISM Inc. have awarded their first Real Time CRM Awards. In press material announcing this year’s winners, the goal in the nods was because “CRM applications are maturing, with the ability to provide up-to-the-minute data and insight into corporate performance, and the new awards recognize these developments.”
The merit of the applications was decided by considering factors such as business object configuration, mobile device implementation, rapid application development tools, real-time dashboards, and workflow building tools. Winners include Clear Technologies Inc.’s CRM v. 7.08.08; Software Innovation ASA’s growBusiness Solutions v. 3.0; Microsoft Inc.’s CRM v. 3.0; Salespage Technologies LLC’s Salespage v. 4.7; Saratoga Systems Inc.’s Saratoga CRM 6.5; Oracle / Siebel Systems Inc.’s Siebel 7.8; and StayinFront Inc.’s StayinFront CRM v. 9.3.
Some have put estimates of mobile CRM investment at twenty percent of all CRM revenue, up from the ten percent it holds today. ISM Inc. founder / president Barton Goldenberg said that “The wireless impact on CRM has already begun to change the way customer-facing personnel work – rapid answers to customer questions, fewer delays, instant access to order status, and inventory and real-time intelligence – all of which confirm CRM’s driving role behind the real-time enterprise.”
