RightNow Technologies, developer of customer relationship management software, has unveiled its new CRM application, RightNow Retail. Retail is based on RightNow 8. Among RightNow’s existing retail clientele includes Cabela’s, Drugstore.com, Hallmark.com and The Sharper Image. RightNow Retail is available for immediate licensing.
RightNow Technologies is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, and provides CRM software-as-a-service solutions to some 1,800 corporations and government agencies worldwide.
