Salesboom pushes Magic Button

In response to a wave of crashes plaguing Salesforce.com that has been called farcical, Salesboom today announced the unveiling of the Salesforce Migration Magic Button developed specifically for disenchanted Salesforce customers. The recent salesforce.com crash on Black Friday was its fourth publicly acknowledged crash in four months. Salesboom offers a fully refundable service level agreement and guarantees an up time of 99.8%; with such deals Salesboom seeks to leverage current disgruntled Salesforce.com customers.

“Not even Salesforce.com can hide from this run of failures,” declared Salesboom co-founder / president Rami Hamodah. “It’s becoming a bit of a farce really […]. In this on-demand industry it would be foolish for us to stand idly by while our competition fractures the platform we stand on.” The Magic Button was released in tandem with Salesboom Version 8.0, a full suite of HR Management tools built into Salesboom Professional and Enterprise Editions. Already experiencing what press material calls a “phenomenal growth rate,” the addition of such products certainly doesn’t hurt, and Salesboomers are well confident. “We have positioned ourselves very well against Salesforce.com,” said Salesboom.com co-founder / CEO Troy Muise.

“CRM customers are tired of having their data held hostage and the anticipated pain of migration is significant. The Magic Button [frees customers] from the hassles of switching to Salesboom.” Hamodah, meanwhile, promised that “Salesboom has refrained from jumping on the bandwagon and criticizing Salesforce.com for the outages.” Currently the no. 1 provider of on-demand CRM and ERP software solutions, Salesboom boasts more than 3,000 customers worldwide.
