SAS wins 2010 CRM Excellence Award for SAS Customer Intelligence
Recently, SAS was named the winner of TMC’s 2010 CRM Excellence Award for SAS Customer Intelligence.
Qualifiers of the CRM Excellence Awards had to not only provide a high quality product, but the winners were also chosen by the ability of their product or service to show constant improvement and encompass the entire enterprise and lifetime of the customer.
Several organizations leverage the SAS Customer Intelligence software to gain insight into customer trends and improve the overall marketing capabilities. Notable customers include Staples, First Citizens Bank, DeutschlandCard, US Bank and MBNA.
The most recent additions to the SAS solution were Social Media Analytics and Customer Link Analytics. These analytics additions enabled organizations to quickly respond to shifts in the marketplace by gathering intelligence from online conversations. The intelligence could then be used to identify various market segments based on social influences and improve customer retention.
