Satuit given a bit of Leeward
CRM solutions provider Satuit Technologies has been chosen by Leeward Hedge Funds to be its CRM provider of choice. In taking on Satuit, Leeward will be ejecting its extant Maximizer CRM. The announcement regarding Satuit’s sale reads a bit frostily that Maximizer is “not web-based and was not designed nor built for the investment management industry” and that Leeward was “also looking for a more user-friendly interface.”
Under terms of the agreement, SatuitCRM will provide the integration of all Leeward client and prospect information into a single database and provide improved client communications with extensive tracking. Established in 2001, Leeward Hedge Funds Inc. is a Canada-based alternative asset manager which manages five hedge funds and several managed account programs that service high net worth individuals, private banks, pension funds, fund of funds and family offices from around the world.
Satuit Technologies, Inc. is a sales force automation and client relationship management solutions provider for the professional investment market. Satuit has offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, and has clients in thirteen countries and “every major financial center.”
