SEDONA user meeting ends
King of Prussia, Pa.-based small- and mid-sized financial service organization CRM solutions provider SEDONA Corporation brought its 2006 User Meeting festivities to a close yesterday. The user meeting held at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was attended by SEDONA banking and credit union customers, distribution and technology partners. This year’s meeting served two purposes: firstly, to go out and have a nice time in Sin City and secondly, to “fully exploit the benefits of SEDONA’s CRM/MRM solution, Intarsia.”
“The SEDONA user group meeting was extremely helpful because it focused on real-world experiences of Intarsia users and administrators,” said Mike Parker, Member Research Analyst, Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union, going on to give a big thumbs up: “I’ve been using Intarsia for nearly five years, and this was the best user conference I’ve attended."
Presentations and demonstrations attended by Intarsia users included an overview of new features in Intarsia version 5.3; the Intarsia data model; how to implement Intarsia on the front line; advanced features of Intarsia Report Manager; and an in-depth look at Intarsia analytics. Additionally, attendees were able to schedule lab time with SEDONA engineers in order to better understand practical uses and functions of Intarsia.
This latter feature truly struck a chord with some attendees. Merchants Financial Group, Inc. information systems vice president provided a quote fit for PR: “Sure, SEDONA provided good information and valuable opportunities for networking at the conference. But more importantly, they invited and truly listened to our ideas for improvements and enhancements to their products.”
Topping all effusive praise was perhaps Profit Resources president / COO Gene Palm: “We have been partners with SEDONA for over six years and we are more pleased with our partnership than ever before […] I truly believe that the future is brighter than ever for SEDONA.” Intarsia is SEDONA Corporation’s multi-vertical, web-based customer / member relationship management solution.
