Selligent lining up the LignUp line

LignUp, a producer of converged communications products, has announced a link-up with CRM software provider Selligent. Under terms of the agreement, the firms will deliver a range of communications-enabled business process solutions via LignUp communications platform’s integration with Selligent customer relationship management products.

LignUp’s communications application server platform combines SIP and XML technologies, thereby allowing Selligent the opportunity to create specialized IP telephony applications and voice-enable some current offerings.

The new line of Lign-Up enabled solutions from Selligent does not yet have an official release date.

Last week, Selligent made a big splash in the Euromarket with the firm’s announcement that Selligent X had been adopted by “about a hundred” sales representatives and managers at advertising sales agency Viamédia. Viamédia sells space in some eleven newspaper families and twenty media vehicles including Le Télégramme, Tv Magazine, Métro, le Journal des Entreprises, and Le Point.
