Intelliworks, Inc., a specialist in customer relationship management solutions for higher education, has announced its new next generation CRM platform known as Orion.

A web based on-demand solution, Orion CRM is touted as the first multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed specifically to address the unique needs of higher education.
