Soffront CRM for Javelina
Soffront, a mid-market CRM software solutions provider announced today that network administration software producer Javelina Software has deployed Soffront CRM software to replace its systems and databases. With its CRM solution, Soffront seeks to generally streamline and automate numerous processes and assist Javelina in better supporting remote employees.
Javelina Software is using the software to automate processes such as lead entry and marketing campaigns. Such outstandingly disparate systems in accounting, contact databases and technical support had been proving quite a problem for Javelina, a firm in which eighty percent of workers are remote workers. Javelina’s antiquated system had employees manually extracting emails from numerous databases, removing duplicates and unsubscribe requests, importing the list into a separate email list program, and finally sending out an email campaign to the massaged list. Streamlining was necessary. Well overdue for a single CRM solution, Javelina selected Soffront. Why? Well, price primarily, it seems.
In press material, Javelina Software president David Ritchie emphatically states that “We purchased the software because it was more cost effective in the long term to own the software…” Ritchie went on to add that they had “looked at other on-premise solutions, but ultimately selected Soffront because the product was more robust than the competition.” Founded in 1992, Soffront Software Inc. is a true pioneer in the CRM market. Today 500 CRM are installed worldwide including in Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses, federal agencies, local governments and state governments.
