Soffront Excels
CRM software provider Soffront Software Inc. today announced that Excel Energy Technologies, Ltd. has implemented Soffront CRM as a hosted application. Excel provides a fully integrated enterprise system to manage and monitor key equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting for national chain businesses.
In implementing Soffront, Mark A. Agee, president and COO of Excel, said, “We track everything — service tickets, customer requests, work orders, installed equipment, monitoring statistics, and service calls.” Agee went on to explain that a web-based solution was an "absolute requirement" for Excel because they have a geographically dispersed workforce.
Privately-held Soffront Software Inc. calls itself a "pioneer of CRM since 1992," and today boasts more than 2,500 customers worldwide, with clientele including Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses, federal, state, and local governments.
