Sonata’s new software (just don’t ask me to type it)
Representatives of Sonata Software Ltd today announced the launch of the eccentrically named SonnetlTeS, software built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
(Seriously, why would you choose a name that looks like a typo? The dancing capitals are partly a result of the product’s touted value for Information Technology Enabled Services companies, but the lower-case “e” remains inexplicable. Maybe CRMchump’s the only one annoyed…)
SonnetlTes (that’s the way it’s typeset this time ‘round in press material. If your own copywriters mess up the name, well…) seeks (or should that be “seek”? Singular or plural?) to address CRM needs in the arenas of service, sales and marketing.
The product seeks to provide multi-channel customer interactions, intelligent call routing, automatic activity updating, interaction history tracking, service plan management, customer satisfaction tracking, portal integration, and seamless interfacing with Computer Telephony Integration service providers.
Sonata Software currently claims over 100 successful installations and has been a Microsoft partner for sixteen years.
