SoundBite and Mindshare partner
SoundBite Communications Inc. and Mindshare Technologies have announced a partnership to develop and deliver on demand Customer Experience Management and Customer Experience Monitoring solutions for enterprise organizations.
The partnership will leverage the telephony capacity of SoundBite’s hosted customer contact solution with Mindshare’s survey and real-time analytics expertise in an effort to provide businesses with immediate customer experience feedback. The combination promises a “cost-effective survey solution that can be applied to virtually any type of customer service initiative that is supported by a call center.”
Asurion, a provider of specialty insurance, warranty and other marketing services to the wireless telecommunications industry, is an early customer of the solution, using it in measuring customer experience with its roadside assistance service.
Mindshare Technologies is a provider of Customer Experience Management solutions in over 25 industry verticals, including travel, hospitality, financial services, and retail. Customers range from a fifty-unit fine-dining restaurant chain to 7,000 seat call centers.
Burlington, Mass.-headquartered SoundBite Communications is a provider of hosted, on-demand automated customer contact solutions that are fully hosted and available on demand. SoundBite product is now used in over 250 organizations in industries such as collections, financial services, retail, utilities, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare and media. Numbers for the firm show that SoundBite delivered 500 million calls and 200 million messages in 2005.
