SpikeSource and Centric CRM together

Votaries of open source have one more reason to cheer. SpikeSource, which provides ready-to-implement open source solutions, has added a CRM package from Centric CRM to its range of products. The product is called "Centric CRM Spike Certified" and is an integrated CRM package that helps companies with the usual stuff, i.e. retain old customers, make new ones, and sell more to both these types.

The application is web-based and makes use of object-oriented architecture. The application may not offer the facilities of an enterprise scale CRM application but it does provide many useful CRM modules. Website authoring, content management, project and document management are some of the functionalities available with this package.

Centric CRM Spike Certified finds full favor with and backing from Michael Harvey, CMO, Centric CRM, who is apparently hopeful of doing well in the SME segment with the help of SpikeSource. SpikeSource will continue to provide Spike Net with this CRM offering. Spike Net is an update and maintenance software for all components of the application.
