Customer Relationship Management vendor SuperOffice Software Ltd today announced its strategic partnership with business process management specialist Orbis Software. The deal promises to give SuperOffice customers direct access to a specially designed and priced version of Orbis’ TaskCentre suite.
Strategically speaking, this partnership announcement marks Orbis Software’s recent entrance in the US marketplace.
Orbis Software specializes in business process management software, “helping organisations drive efficiency through automated business processes.” Founded in 1997, Orbis Software Ltd today boasts a clientele of over 4000 organisations around the world, including Nasdaq, Telstar, BP, BDO Stoy Hayward, GE Capital Equipment, The Rank Group, Salomon Brothers, Zenith, BUPA, Jaguar, Lloyds TSB and Rolls Royce.
SuperOffice solutions are delivered and implemented through 100% percent owned subsidiaries, distributors and value-added resellers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, UK, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, the US, Australia and Japan. SuperOffice also offers consulting services related to strategic CRM issues, implementation, integration, and user education. SuperOffice ASA is a publicly traded company, and has a customer base of some 11,000 European companies. SuperOffice modules include integration to Lotus Notes and standard links to ERP systems such as Attain, Axapta, Concorde, SAP, Visma Business, Scala, Agresso, and Exact.
