The Titanic returns

Now, this is old news for those who’ve been paying proper respect to the man, but CRMchump had given up on Michael Krigsman and his “online forum about software implementation failures,” Rearranging the Deck Chairs, is back.

After ascribing a four-plus month absence from Deck Chairs to "a whirlwind of traveling, consulting and product development,” Krigsman returned to the blogosphere with several dispatches from SAP’s Sapphire Vienna show in May. Since then, Krigsman has done an admirable job keeping us up with his insights into CRM and related issues, typically posting at least thrice a week.

Good to have you back, Michael K. (If they ever do the post-modern IT version of The Trial, that’ll be the protagonist’s moniker.) Next time, i’ll wait around longer before giving up on ya.
