Two more enter the ‘Exchange

And another two enter the Exchange. The AppExchange, that is.

Navatar Group’s Institutional Desk CRM program is now available in the Financial Services category on salesforce.com‘s AppExchange. Navatar Group’s Institutional Desk CRM is integrated on-demand CRM software for research, sales, trading, and marketing functions within a capital markets firm.

Built on the Apex on-demand platform, the Institutional Desk CRM seeks to do nothing short of “optimize client relationships, improve sales and increase commissions.” I

nstitutional Desk CRM can be test driven and/or deployed from the AppExchange. The base version is free of charge.

Also joining the Salesforce gang is Bluewolf, who with salesforce.com reps today announced the availability of MediaTrak for the AppExchange.

Bluewolf’s MediaTrak seeks to allow media and entertainment organizations to instantly deploy a customized version of Salesforce to manage complex relationships and automate insertion order processing, across print, broadcast, and interactive revenue channels.

More specifically, the solution enables media companies to manage sales relationships extant between clients, advertising agencies, and brands; capture and process insertion orders through pre-built screens and workflows; deploy a “multi-channel single client” database that enables cross-selling and 360 degree client view.

Said Chris Pattie, Bluewolf media solution architect: “MediaTrak speaks the language of the advertising sales organization and streamlines their ability to sell ads, process orders, and close more deals.”

Bluewolf credits MediaTrak’s creation to the company’s experience with more than 50 Salesforce deployments within the media and entertainment industry, including such organizations as Fox Interactive Media, The Economist, and Rolling Stone Magazine. (Recall for a moment that the first issue of Rolling Stone magazine came with free roach clips. Now, they’re in CRM. The twenty-first century is weird. Imagine, indeed.) MediaTrak is the sixth application posted by Bluewolf in the AppExchange.

MediaTrak is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the AppExchange directory. Navatar Group is headquartered on Wall Street in New York and therefore naturally specializes in financial institutional solutions.
