UConn Standardizes with Intelliworks Enterprise CRM Platform
Intelliworks, Inc. added another feather in its cap this week; further solidifying its claim as the leader in insight-driven, actionable CRM for higher education announced that the University of Connecticut had selected Intelliworks as its CRM platform. Along with the announcement, Intelliworks PR emphasized the strong showing their firm had put in over the past 18 months.
“This is all about maximizing value in a short amount time,” said Dev Ganesan, President / CEO of Intelliworks Inc. Under terms of the agreement, Intelliworks promises to deliver a multi-channel CRM framework that spans the university system. Intelliworks will also provide a packaged industry specific CRM data warehouse for analytics and dashboard reporting.
The solution will be tweaked via collaborative development of new functionality, based on needs and expertise of the UConn enrollment management team.
