Updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is a major update on the CRM software that was introduced by Microsoft 3 years ago. Microsoft hopes to catch up with the other contenders in the midmarket segment with the help of this release. Customers who brought the first release had to put up with synchornization issues that made data-sharing with remote workers very difficult.

The updated Microsoft CRM 3.0 includes automation and service modules that help in direct marketing and in the co-ordination of employee schedules, respectively. Other useful enhancements include improved Outlook and Office integration. The application is available in Small Business and Professional Editions. Dynamics CRM is available through the volume licensing program. The Small Business Edition costs $ 440 per user and the Professional Edition costs $ 1,760 per server.
