What’s the Altitude in Brussels?
Independent contact centre solutions vendor Altitude Software have announced will be hosting of Workout ‘06, a CRM outsourcing community-building event, in Brussels, Belgium this week.
Over two days, senior executives from major global service providers, Altitude management and partners will discuss the most important trends and challenges facing contact centres today. The event will also include sessions on the current state of the industry, with the reportedly leading association in EMEA, the Direct Marketing Organization from the UK.
As for the company itself, Workout’06 will serve as a springboard to preview Altitude uCI 7.5, the latest version of the Altitude unified customer interaction suite. Altitude uCI 7.5 will be available after its general release in October.
Altitude uCI is a suite of customer interaction management solutions for customer service; help desks; collections; order desks; proactive marketing, sales and service; and business process management. Altitude uCI supports both open and proprietary VoIP solutions. Advance PR on the product promises that Altitude uCI 7.5 will deliver virtualised contact centre operations, enhanced customer service and productivity-boosting universal desktops. New features include added support for new media like SIP, MMS and 3G Video.
